注册信息

Unlike degree-seeking, for-credit programs, Professional and Workforce Development 课程 are non-credit and a high school diploma may not be required to take a course (an age requirement may apply), nor is an application for admission to 365bet.  你 are, however, required to register through the Center before you attend classes.  The registration methods available depend on the type of course.  早期注册 强烈鼓励，因为大多数课程很快就满了.  注册已完成 class placement is secure, only when payment is received.  许多课程都有限制 enrollment and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

取消和更改课程

365bet reserves the right to cancel Professional and Workforce Development classes.  学生将收到邮件和电话通知.  因此，当您注册时，请 include a valid email as well as a phone number where a message may be left.  学生 will have the option of a full refund or have their payment applied to another course.  If transferring the payment, the new course must meet within the time frame of the 当前目录.  If receiving a refund, payments made by credit or debit cards must 被退到那张卡上.  付款 用支票, money order, or cash will be refunded 用支票.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and Professional Development Points (PDFs)

C.E.U. is defined as ten contact hours of participation in an organized continuing education (adult or extension) experience under responsible sponsorship, capable direction, 和合格的指导. For TN DOE teacher re-certification, Professional Development Points are defined as 1 PDF per clock hour (a three CEU course would equate to 30 pdf文件等.).

退款政策

In the event a course is canceled by the Center, students will receive a full refund 或者转学到未来的课程.  学生也可以申请退款或转学*.  Requests may be made by phone, fax, mail, or in person.  学生应获得批准 15个工作日内退款.  退款请求的结果取决于 提交日期:

• Five or more business days prior to class start date - eligible for a full refund 或转让*

Online Career Training Programs offered with ed2go are not eligible for a refund at 任何时候.  The program will work with students to address any hurdles they may have encountered so that they can remain in the program and be successful. 

Conference vendors/sponsors should view their application/MOU for information on refunds.
